Community Involvement

Believing that “a community can only be as strong as the health of its people,” we take pride in being actively involved in our communities through sponsoring programs for special populations, providing health education/outreach, and serving as a voice on a plethora of local and state committees with a consistent mission.

Fees

We accept an assortment of payment options, including private insurance, Medicaid and Medicare.

Fees are based upon:

• The type of visit and type of services rendered
• The provision of lab or diagnostic testing
• Income and family size. (Proof of total family income, W-2 pay stubs must be provided at the time of service)
